Hugo is a DJ, event organiser, and creative based in Wrexham, North Wales. As one half of DIM OND DAWNS, he’s been curating dancefloors with his best mate Ash for years — a partnership born from a shared love of music, connection, and community spirit. Their events have become known for their infectious energy and inclusive vibe.
Alongside Ash and Dan, Hugo is also one third of THREEFOLD PRODUCTIONS, a creative collective specialising in video mapping and lighting design, adding immersive visuals to electronic music shows.
Most recently, Hugo has co-founded Wearewired.live — a not-for-profit project that gives electronic musicians and visual artists a platform to experiment and be heard. Through WIRED, their Electronic Music Open Mic Night at Tŷ Pawb, Hugo is committed to growing Wrexham’s electronic scene and championing underground creativity of all kinds. Whether it’s modular synths, ambient textures, or dancefloor destroyers — it’s all welcome at WIRED.
