    Joe Howden, founder and MD of digital agency Dark Arts, studied Graphic Communication in Cardiff before founding the music publication Kruger Magazine in 2003 with Mike Williams (NME, Sight & Sound). Following a period in London working for One Little Indian Records and Björk on the pioneering Biophilia multimedia album project, he moved Berlin where he founded Dark Arts in 2014. Returning to Wales in 2018, he now leads a team of 7 at Dark Arts and oversees a roster of 17 iconic artists including Pet Shop Boys, Spice Girls, Sinead O’Connor, Phil Collins, Suede and Supergrass.
