Originally from North Wales, now based in Cardiff, Adam has worked in various roles across the South Wales music scene. Moving down to study in the Welsh capital back in 2007, he started honing his skills working alongside companies and venues such as Clwb Ifor Bach, The Globe, Orchard Live, Oxjam (grassroots music festival raising money for Oxfam), Fizzi Events, HUB Festival and Sŵn Festival, which after volunteering for the festival back in 2009, became Production Manager for the 2017, 2018 & 2019 festivals.
Adam has also Tour Managed several acts in the U.K and mainland Europe, and has experience as backline tech, sales, logistics and production advancing for various artists. As well as working in the music industry Adam is an avid film photographer, mainly of landscapes, street/urban scenes, but also gig/backstage music photography, benefiting and gratefully so, from his access to various recording artists to get a unique perspective and behind the scenes and a look at a day on tour.
With his experience as an Events Manager, and with a demonstrated history of working in several key roles in the music industry, Adam is now the Events & Bookings Coordinator at the 350 Capacity venue The Gate, based just outside Cardiff’s city centre.
