Caroline is the Skills Partnership Manager at Fffilm Cymru and delivers and develops screen sector skills and training programmes and partnerships.
Caroline has worked at Ffilm Cymru on a number of programmes including Project Manager / Producer on Ffolio, a talent development scheme for new Writer/Directors with BBC Cymru Wales, BBC Arts and the Arts Council of Wales; Film in Afan; Ffilm Cymru’s pioneering mobile cinema, film education and community regeneration programme and produced the Film Education work around “We’re Still Here” with National Theatre Wales. She has worked on Foot in the Door since 2019, delivering skills and trainee programmes.
Caroline began her career as a Television Researcher on factual and light entertainment programmes broadcast on BBC and ITV. She has produced projects with a wide range of creative organisations working across Film, Theatre and Visual arts programmes, including WOW Film Festival, BBC Wales, Volcano Theatre and Winding Snake Productions.
