Dilwyn is Chief Executive at Theatr Mwldan, a multi artform Arts Centre in Cardigan, West Wales. The venue has a specialism for presenting folk, traditional and world music and is also engaged in artist management, producing, touring and releasing music projects internationally. He also co-produces the Other Voices festival in Cardigan.
