Erwan joined Paker Prod in 2015 as a booking agent. He has contributed to the development of the label’s business, which was initiated by his manager Yann Pelliet. In the ten years he has been with Paker Prod, he has developed the programming of its bands’ concerts, notably with the flagship group Startijenn. He has also been involved in expanding their catalogue by integrating new groups (O’Tridal, Ivarh, ‘Ndiaz…) and their musical aesthetic – mostly traditional music of Brittany, but also resolutely modern and popular.
The internationalisation of the company has been a major focus of his work, with significant expansion in foreign networks (Europe, Australia, Canada, United States, etc.). He has been involved in every Womex since 2021, a key event for world music professionals, where he managed to programme Startijenn in 2022, marking a high point in the company’s international commitment.
