FESTIVAL PASSES
STANDARD FESTIVAL PASS – Super EarlyBird
£65 + booking fee – This festival pass will grant access to all FOCUS Wales live, conference and film events during the festival (subject to venue capacities).
FAST TRACK FESTIVAL PASS – Super EarlyBird
£80 + booking fee – This festival pass will grant access to all FOCUS Wales live, conference and film events during the festival (subject to venue capacities), and permits queue jump at venues when possible.
DELEGATE FESTIVAL PASS – Super EarlyBird
£100 + booking fee – Delegate pass holders receive full delegate accreditation and badge. This festival pass will grant access to all FOCUS Wales live, conference and film events during the festival and access to RSVP mixer and networking events as well as access to the online delegate database and a professional profile on the FOCUS Wales website and mobile app.
ACCESS
If you require an additional FOCUS Wales ticket for a carer or assistant at FOCUS Wales, please contact sarah@focuswales.com. We endeavour to respond to your email within 5 working days.
*Please note that access requests, and pa/carer ticket requests cannot be processed after 5th May. We will try our best to accommodate any needs during the event, however please expect delays in emails being replied to due to the event being underway.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please read the below carefully.
All ticket holders must go to our box office at Tỹ Pawb where they’ll receive the relevant wristband for their ticket type. Whether you’ve purchased a weekend pass, day pass, or any standalone show ticket, you’ll need to collect a wristband from Ty Pawb before heading to a show. If you turn up at a venue without a wristband, you’ll be pointed in the direction of Ty Pawb.
Our Festival Box Office will be located at Tý Pawb, Market Street, Wrexham LL13 8BE, and will be open across the following times:
Thursday 7th May: 9am-10pm Friday 8th May: 9am-10pm Saturday 9th May: 10am-10pm
Tickets purchased are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable and we can’t add or make changes to your order
Lost or Broken Wristband Policy
If you have broken your wristband, please bring the original wristband back to the box office in Ty Pawb, during opening hours, where it can be replaced with a new one.
Once your purchased tickets are exchanged for wristbands, the wristbands become the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If you have collected your wristband but since lost or misplaced it, or are unable to present a damaged wristband for replacement you will need to purchase a new ticket.
