Eliots Graveyard is a musical project by Eliot Humphreys, encapsulating scrappy intentions from all angles – taking formative inspiration from the grassroots musical history of Wrecsam, the project is centred around songs written to stoke the itch inside and speaks to the need to express existential angst at the conditional nature of modern society – all to cute, poppy bops inspired by American Lofi twee/Power Pop projects/bands such as Radiator Hospital, Quarterbacks, Frankie Cosmos & Alex G with a swing to folk/baroque instrumentation inspired Michael Hurley, Loudon Wainwright, Labi Siffre & the Beatles. 2026 will see the release of his second album “In The Long Run; The Time Together”, a hopeful lament on the solidarity of suffering under capitalism.
