Drawing inspiration from Jesca Hoop, Mitski, Radiohead, and Kate Bush, they meld classical and folk elements with modern sensibilities.
Their talent has been recognized at the Purbeck Folk Rising and Liverpool Songwriting competitions, with extensive airplay on BBC Introducing and regional radio. Katie’s acclaimed performance on Channel 4’s The Piano (Series 2) garnered high praise from judges.
Igloo Hearts have shared stages with esteemed acts like Michele Stodart of The Magic Numbers, Welsh Music Prize winner The Gentle Good, and BBC radio’s Mark Radcliffe in sold-out shows.
