Since forming in 2020, the electronically-infused Beijing art rock outfit KyoYoko has taken the Chinese music scene by storm, hurling audiences into their feverish synthesis of industrial punk, electronica, new wave, post punk, and even free jazz – grooving to its own beat and pushing against convention – triumphantly, riotously, and deliriously throwing themselves down the rabbit hole and not turning back.
