Bursting out of the beauty that is Wales, Shale comes to get your hips grooving and your lips moving, oh so rhythmically. A lift of spirit not seen since the dark ages. All still in their teens this is just the start.

At the age of sixteen singer/songwriter Samuel Hale wrote the debut single ‘Green Light Red Light’, recorded for a school project and then released under ‘Shale’. After its unexpected success on radio and streaming Samuel started the band. Now joined at every step by Austin Critcher on lead guitar and backing vocals, along Will Fooks on drums.
