Stepping out with fuzz-fueled jams between friends in 2017, and ever since honing their craft on the Welsh circuit, SYBS are a bilingual post-punk/slacker outfit based in Cardiff, comprised of Osian Llyr (Guitar/Vocals), Kieran Macdonald-Brown (Guitar), Herbie Powell (Bass) and Dafydd Evans (Drums). Boasting unfettered noise-driven riffs, danceable grooves and themes of impending angst in their live set and recent releases, the band draw influences from the likes of Pavement, Gang of Four, Sonic Youth and Wire.

The band released their critically acclaimed debut album ‘Olew Nadroedd’ in May of 2024 and are getting ready to work on a much anticipated second album.
