Them Flying Monkeys is an alternative rock band from Sintra, created by 5 long-time friends: Diogo Sá (guitarist), Francisco Dias Pereira (keyboardist), Hugo Luzio (drummer), João Tomázio (bassist) and Luís Judícibus (guitarist and vocalist).
Between 2017 and 2018, the band carried out its second national tour, performing at festivals like NOS Alive, BBK Bilbao (Spain), Vodafone Mexefest, Festa do Forward!, among others.
Between May and June 2019, the band went on their first international tour, performing in Spain, France and Italy.
Them Flying Monkeys are now preparing to release their third LP in a co-release between gig.ROCKS! (PT) and Only Lovers Records (FR), scheduled for October 2024, where they combine their more robust and explosive side with exploration of new electronic elements. The preview of this work can already be heard in Next Emma Stone, Great Song and Pretty Sticks, the three first singles in anticipation of this album.
