this or suburbia formed in Wrexham in early 2025, after the opportunity to play a headline show at the jacaranda was too good to turn down, despite us only having 2 songs at the time. The pressure to put together a set resulted in something that was raw and original, and we’ve taken that energy forwards with us, writing and performing as much as possible, whilst refining the sound that we’ve created.
Punchy bass and guitar riffs, high energy drums, and passionate lyricism define cornerstones sound, and as we continue to develop our live sound the ambition for the band has only grown. 2026 promises to be a massive year for the band as the first tracks start to be recorded, and a growing number of live performances intend to build the platform for cornerstone to make an impact in the indie music scene.
