Caroline Murphy is the co-founder of SoundBox Music, a female-led artist services and management company working across the UK, Irish, and Canadian folk and traditional music sectors. With over a decade of experience in artist development, publicity, and project management, she specialises in strategic, long-term career development for artists and festivals.
Originally from Ireland and now based in Wales, Caroline works internationally, building connections between key folk markets. She manages acclaimed Scottish fiddler Ryan Young, who will be showcasing at FOCUS Wales.
