Deborah Keyser is Director of Tŷ Cerdd | Music Wales. Tŷ Cerdd works with artists, partners and communities to promote and develop the music of Wales. Talent development is central to the organisation’s mission, and it a member of PRS Foundation’s Talent Development Network. Work with artists is complemented by an in-house recording studio, two record labels, and a publishing imprint and music archive.
Tŷ Cerdd administers Lottery funding on behalf of Arts Council of Wales, including Cronfa Tradd, a new fund directed at developing traditional music in communities.
The organisation collaborates with FOCUS Wales on #WelshMusicAbroad, a partnership that creates opportunities for artists and industry to engage with music markets across the globe.
