Elen is the Artistic Director of the National eisteddfod of Wales – a cross cultural 8 day Welsh language Festival. She is responsible for leading the way creatively and artistically alongside the Deputy Artistic Director. She focuses on developing and strengthening partnerships, creating opportunities for artists and artistic organisations, and working strategically alongside the Chief Executive and the Festival team as they look to the future.
Elen yw Cyfarwyddwr Artistig eisteddfod Cenedlaethol Cymru – Gŵyl Gymraeg 8 diwrnod trawsddiwylliannol. Mae hi’n gyfrifol am arwain y ffordd yn greadigol ac yn artistig ochr yn ochr â’r Dirprwy Gyfarwyddwr Artistig. Mae hi’n canolbwyntio ar ddatblygu a chryfhau partneriaethau, creu cyfleoedd i artistiaid a sefydliadau artistig, a gweithio’n strategol ochr yn ochr â’r Prif Weithredwr a thîm yr Ŵyl wrth iddyn nhw edrych i’r dyfodol.
