I am a practising solicitor, notary public, Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a CEDR accredited mediator. I have a MPhil degree in tort and economic loss, and a CIARB Diploma in International Arbitration.

My solicitor’s work is conducted as a self-employed consultant with three London practices, Wordley Partnership, New Media Law and Eldwick Law. Also, I have my own legal consultancy through which I undertake advisory work, as well as my mediation and arbitration practice.

I specialise in intellectual property rights (IPR) and have a particular interest in the application of IPR to technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Distributed Ledger Technologies, including blockchain.

My client base is across a variety of sectors including film, TV, music, publishing, design and fashion, gaming, photography, technology and innovation including fintech, automotive industry and the renewable energy sectors. My economic loss qualification has proved useful even in the IP arena. I have a particular interest in the regulation of AI and related consequential loss issues.

I advise on matters relating to data protection and information law, especially its interplay with IPR.

I am an experienced commercial mediator and since qualifying in 2018 with an International Arbitration Diploma I am striving to develop my arbitration work. This year I intend to qualify as a Fellow of CIARB.
