Noah Bakour is an award-winning Syrian-born filmmaker and visual artist based in Cardiff, Wales. His work explores themes of migration, cultural identity, and community resilience through poetic documentary storytelling and striking cinematography. Noah has collaborated with organisations including the Arts Council of Wales, Ffilm Cymru Wales, the National Museum of Wales.
