Paul is the Deputy CEO of Attitude is Everything. He has worked for the charity for ten years and led initiatives supporting Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people, including devising Attitude is Everything’s successful Future Leader and Train the Trainer Programmes and creating the award-winning Beyond the Music initiative to create a more accessible industry for employees and professionals. He also leads on Attitude is Everything’s sector influencing work on the UK Music Diversity Taskforce and the advisory group for the Creative Industries Independent Standards Authority. Outside of his role, he is a disabled artist and performer and co-runs a Neuodivergent Karneval.
