Ste Allen is Project Manager for Sonic Futures at Generator, leading a major initiative supporting artists, venues and music industry talent across the Tees Valley. Through programmes focused on artist development, live music infrastructure and skills training, he works with partners across the region to strengthen the local music ecosystem.
With a background as a touring musician and grassroots promoter, Ste brings practical insight into the challenges facing emerging artists and is committed to creating sustainable opportunities for music talent in the Tees Valley.
