Talia joined Misfit Music Management in 2025 as Executive Assistant, supporting all aspects of the company’s operations and artist development work. With a background as both an artist and creative administrator, she helps build innovative, people-centered systems that allow teams and artists to do their best work within an evolving music industry.
Alongside her role at Misfit, Talia is an artist, songwriter, and producer, giving her firsthand insight into the realities artists face as they develop sustainable careers. As a neurodivergent creative who thrives on systems, she pairs lived experience with an affinity (some may say an obsession) for thoughtful, unconventional organization. What began as a mission to remove friction from her own life became a broader practice of designing structures that support how people actually work – rather than asking them to contort to fit the system.
As a human, she’s a perceptive, intuitive straight-shooter, incapable of understanding subtext, yet oddly gifted at understanding people and making them feel seen.
