Tom runs Sound Roots which supports people building sustainable music industry careers. Sound Roots are part of Manchester Music City and are presenting four Greater Manchester bands at FOCUS Wales this year. We also are the event delivery partner for WOMEX 2024 in Manchester and produce showcases, festivals, talent development programmes and more.
