Andrew runs SLUSH, a community interest company promoting grassroots music in Wales. Starting in mid-2024 from CWRW in Carmarthen, SLUSH have platformed a large number of Welsh- and English- language artists with a heavy focus on emerging talent.
Andrew still works as the lead in-house booker for CWRW as well as promoting music in Cardiff and curating stages at festivals. He is also a director of the recently-opened CWRW Studios recording space.
