Andrew works for Attitude is Everything, as a researcher for Music Futures, and as a consultant in access and innovation for world class events such as Cheltenham Festivals and Glastonbury. He chairs the Live Events Access Forum (LEAF), is vice-chair of the Musicians’ Union Members’ Assembly, a Youth Music trustee and has worked for over 30 years cross sector. He runs a neurodivergent consultancy, plays double bassist in Thrill Collins, and is creative director for the disability exclusive artist agency UnMute.
