  • Connor Williams (Under Construction Records / Fuel Rock Club / Cardiff Psych & Noise Festival)

Connor Williams is a Caerphilly-born live music promoter with a strong footing in South Wales’ DIY and alternative scenes. Now based in Cardiff, he is the founder of Under Construction Records (formerly 333 Presents), a label championing punk, psych and experimental artists across the UK underground.

Connor also currently works as Bookings Manager at Fuel Rock Club, where he programmes a diverse range of heavy and alternative live music. His former work has spanned key grassroots venues, including roles as promoter at The Moon Cardiff and Le Pub in Newport, as well as time as the Live Events Manager at the boutique bar Paradise Garden in Cardiff.

Additionally, he has taken on the mantle of Cardiff’s Psych & Noise Festival, with it’s returning iteration in 2026 now further cementing his reputation as a curator of boundary-pushing line-ups. Connor first cut his teeth behind the bar and on the floor at the longtime ‘first step’ venue The Moon in Cardiff, developing a hands-on understanding of grassroots music culture from the ground up.

With experience across promotion, programming and label management, Connor continues to support emerging artists and DIY infrastructure within the Welsh and wider UK music ecosystem.
