Now based in North Wales, she aims to strengthen the Welsh screen sector by improving access to training, particularly for underrepresented groups and supporting mid-career professionals to build sustainable careers. Her role focuses on collaborating with local partners, developing tailored training and mentoring opportunities, and creating clearer progression pathways to ensure a more connected, inclusive, and resilient industry across Wales.
