Mads Mulvad. Artistic Director at the venue Studenterhuset since 1997. Has been working as a tourbus driver, promotor, venue manager and worked with management since late 80’s.
For the last 22 years, the venue Studenterhuset has been a Regional venue. A venue with a big heart for supporting upcoming local and international acts, and has been the venue in Aalborg for new and experimental music.
Studenterhuset is also the home of two festivals. The Northern Winter Beat festival, a festival with music that breaks boundaries, celebrate creators of styles, the innovative, the headstrong and brave. And the Way Up North festival, which presents and promotes new and upcoming music from the northern part of Denmark.
