Siân works for the trade union bectu on the acclaimed joint-union learning programme CULT Cymru that supports and empowers creative workers in Screen, Theatre and Live Events. She is particularly passionate about equality, diversity and the Welsh language. Supported by the Wales Union Learning Fund, Creative Wales and partners CULT Cymru has been running innovative mental health and wellbeing initiatives & training over the past few years.
