Tumi Williams is a Welsh-Nigerian artist, booking agent and cultural curator with over 15 years of championing Black music and emerging talent in Wales. Known on stage as Skunkadelic, he fronts the acclaimed afro-funk/hip-hop collective Afro Cluster, whose energetic sound has taken them to Glastonbury, WOMAD, Boomtown and Green Man, alongside international radio support and award recognition.
Alongside his work as a performer, Tumi is a Music Booking Agent at Runway Artists, developing artists across the UK and international live circuits. He is also the cofounder of Starving Artists, a long-running platform and event brand dedicated to elevating Black culture and diverse voices through music, which will host a showcase at FOCUS Wales 2026.
Balancing roles as artist, promoter and industry professional, Tumi continues to build pathways for under-represented artists while expanding his own creative and cultural output.
