IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ATTENDEES
To reduce queuing at venues, we’re designating one central box office for the festival again this year, conveniently located in the city centre at Tŷ Pawb in Wrexham, which is just a short walk from each of our venues.
This means that all ticket holders must check in at our box office at Tŷ Pawb where they’ll receive the relevant wristband for their ticket type. Whether you’ve purchased a weekend pass, day pass, or any of the standalone show tickets, you’ll need to check in at Tŷ Pawb to collect your wristband before heading to the show. If you turn up at the show without your show wristband, you’ll be pointed in the direction of Tŷ Pawb.
Our Festival Box Office will be located at Tŷ Pawb, Market Street, Wrexham LL13 8BE, and will be open across the following times:
Thursday 8th May: 9am–10pm
Friday 9th May: 9am–10pm
Saturday 10th May: 10am–10pm
ENVIRONMENT
We are mindful and considerate of the environmental impact of the artist development work that we undertake, especially where travel is involved, and we are continually learning and actively taking measures to ensure we consider, reduce and offset the carbon footprint of our wider work. We welcome ideas to improve this work moving forward.

GETTING HERE
By Road
Wrexham is handily placed for the A55 expressway to the west, the M62 travelling east, the M53 and M56 going north and the A5 and M54 heading south. Liverpool and Manchester are an hour away, Birmingham less than two and even London and Glasgow are within four hours.
By Train
There are two railway stations in Wrexham. Central Station which is, as you might imagine, bang in the middle of town and Wrexham General, a three-minute walk from the city centre.
Both with direct links to London. Choose between Euston and Marylebone. The train can also take the train to Cardiff, Chester and Shrewsbury with connections to Liverpool and bus links to the beautiful Ceiriog Valley.
