Lemongel is a Cardiff-based alternative duo blending emotionally charged songwriting with cinematic soundscapes. Made up of Daniel and Duarte, the band crafts music that explores vulnerability, love, and uncertainty through intimate vocals and atmospheric arrangements. Inspired by Bossa Nova, Tame Impala and D’angelo, their work pairs raw emotion with evocative storytelling. Recently selected for the BBC Horizons Fund, Lemongel is currently completing a new project set for release in early 2026, accompanied by a series of visually driven music videos. Rooted in honesty and artistic ambition, Lemongel aims to connect deeply with listeners across borders and mediums.
