Richard Sinclair is a Director and presenter at Radio Wigwam, an international 24/7 online and DAB radio station with a global audience. With a background as a musician, Richard combines creative insight with commercial awareness, championing independent artists and helping them reach new audiences through broadcast, digital platforms and live events.
Alongside his work in radio, Richard is also a Director of Grassroots Connect CIC, a not-for-profit initiative focused on supporting emerging talent through industry partnerships, showcase opportunities and collaborative projects. His work bridges the gap between artists and the wider music ecosystem, from airplay and exposure to meaningful connections across the industry. Grassroots Connect CIC hosts around 50 events annually at selected venues across the UK.
At events such as FOCUS Wales, Richard is particularly interested in building partnerships, discovering new music, and creating opportunities that deliver real impact for grassroots artists, venues, and the wider music community.
